I still like my ex girlfriend and we still talk alot. Is ignoring her going to make her want me back?

If you really want her back and you do not want to hurt you, I suggest that you both learn effective, open, honest communication and talk it out.
Ignoring a person is disrespecting them. Is that your goal?
If you really want her back, talk to her, Set mutual rules of respect in your relationship and promise each other that you will always respect each other and speak openly and honestly with each other to get through any situation.
If she wants to come back to you, she will. If she does not want to come back to you, walk away or your will drive yourself crazy.
