There’s no doubt that going through the motions of a breakup with your girlfriend is VERY demoralizing for a man. You don’t know what happened, what made everything all fall apart. I mean sure, you have your ideas on what happened, but do you REALLY have a solid reason for what went wrong?

Just make sure that she sees that you are serious about making amends for your wrong doings in the relationship.
