I’ve been depressed for the past month because my gf dumped me
I am 15, going into 10th grade. Sometimes i am really sad and sometimes I am really happy like normal.
the main reason might be that my girlfriend dumped me last month and i still think about her. I tried liking other girls but everytime I am with another girl, it just reminds me of my ex-girlfriend. my life is actually quite stress-free and good but i am still sad. Everything in my life is practically perfect and the way i want it to be (school, activities, my job, friends) but after my gf dumped me, i feel like a huge piece of life is gone so now I feel like my life is “empty”. So Now I feel bored and lost hope because I feel so “empty” now.
Any tips to help me get over my gf? or any tips to help me get over my depression?
Hey I was 17 when my first g/f broke up with me and I know how ya feel. It does hurt alot at first. It stresses you out and sometimes you feel like you can’t breathe without them. You just have to let time take its course. Trust me there are PLENTY of other women out there. Although you have to be careful..the nicer you are the more open, vulnerable, and easy to be taken advantage of your going to be. There will be women that will decieve you, replace you, lie to you, cheat on you etc. Its best that you don’t date for a while. Take this time to get to know you. Spend time doin other things besides dating. Indulge yourself in your hobbies, activities, school, work, and hang out with TRUST WORTHY FRIENDS. After a while you will feel better and eventually get over her. It just takes time. You will meet new people and new women that will surprise you. Its never easy finding the right woman. Don’t just settle for anyone with a pretty face. Most of the time they turn out to be the dirtiest and sneakiest under-minding Deceitful snakes! Let it be a lesson learned. Is this ur first heartbreak?
